Mrs Kelly's Country Fayre
Tracey Kelly is an original founding member of Ballyvaughan Farmers Market. Fired by her passion for good quality food and inspired by the leadership of commited “good food” advocates such as Darina Allen, Tracey continues to organise and develop the market in Ballyvaughan.
“It’s important to maintain the market in Ballyvaughan and improve ourselves as traders in what ever way we can. Our customers deserve the highest quality produce we can offer and to that end our hard working committee works tirelessly both during and outside the trading season to improve our organisation”.
Having arrived in Fanore, her ancestral home, from London fifteen years ago she and her husband opened and ran a respected restaurant in Ballyvaughan. Her connection to good quality produce has continued into MRS KELLY’S COUNTRY FAYRE, her trading identity. In addition to hot home cooked soups and stews, Tracey produces a selection of yeast and soda breads such as Mediterranean loaves and Foccacia bread, Traditional Soda Cake and buttermilk scones and when in season fruit tarts.
When you visit Tracey’s stall you will be greated with a smile and a friendly “hello” and leave with the best quality bread in North Clare!
